Fried Curry Flounder

The flounder is lightly seasoned with salt and curry powder and fried with a little oil. Simple way of cooking fish. The flounder requires little cooking time as it is a slim fish.

Ingredients

Seasoning
2 flounders
3 tsp Baba fish curry powder
1 tsp salt

cornflour for dusting
3 Tbsp oil

Sauce
60 ml water
1 Tbsp soy sauce

Method
1. Clean fish and scour flesh to get diamond shape.
2. Season fish with salt and curry powder and set aside for at least ½ hour.
3. Dust flounder with cornflour.
3. Heat non stick pan with oil. Fry fish on both sides until cooked and crispy. If your pan is not big enough, fry the fish individually.
4. Remove fish. Add water and soy sauce and bring to a boil.
5. Pour sauce over the fish.
6. Garnish and serve hot.
