Golden Sesame Prawns

These prawns are quick and easy to cook. You will be guaranteed to get request for an encore.......

15 large raw prawns (remove head/shell, devein)
½ tsp fish curry powder
1/8 tsp salt
2 Tbsp corn flour
1 tsp Olive oil
¼ tsp minced garlic
2 Tbsp roasted white sesame seeds
2 sprigs curry leaves(optional)
coriander leaves for garnishing

1. Marinate prawns with rest of the ingredients except curry leaves and coriander leaves.
2. Heat up frying pan with oil (about 100ml)
3. Add the prawns to fry till crispy (about 3 mins (less if prawns are small) over medium fire)
4. Remove and set aside.
5. With the fire off, add curry leaves to the oil to fry briefly.
6. It will pop for a while. Remove after the popping stops.
7. Arrange curry leaves on a plate. Top with prawns.
8. Garnish with coriander leaves and more roasted sesame seeds.
